Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor to help train AI systems in understanding organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. This remote, hourly contract position allows you to work from anywhere while influencing how next‑generation AI models reason through real‑world leadership challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model reasoning on leadership problems.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule and meeting project deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate complex decision‑making and analyze trade‑offs.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.
• Nice to have: MBA or Master’s degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or related field; industry experience in leadership, operations, or consulting; familiarity with AI content evaluation.
