Remote ESL Teacher – Up to 30 Guaranteed Hours Weekly

About the role

Join a dedicated online teaching company and deliver English lessons to adult learners across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America. This fully remote position guarantees up to 30 teaching hours per week, allowing you to plan your income and schedule with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, one‑to‑one or small‑group ESL lessons using the company’s e‑learning platform.
• Follow prepared lesson plans and teaching materials supplied by the employer.
• Maintain a professional, quiet and well‑lit teaching environment.
• Track student progress and provide feedback through the platform’s reporting tools.
• Participate in optional professional‑development courses offered through the Inspire Academy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Accredited 120‑hour (or higher) TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand.
• Currently residing in Central/South America or South‑East Asia with a clean criminal record.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online teaching platforms and video‑conferencing tools.
