IT Support Engineer L2 – Global SaaS Platform

About the role

Fundraise Up is seeking a proactive, security‑focused IT Support Engineer (Level 2) to join its global team. You will handle complex technical escalations, manage access governance, and administer SaaS tools while continuously improving processes through automation.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of L2 ticket intake, triage, diagnosis and resolution within SLA targets.
• Perform admin operations in corporate SaaS tools, including access provisioning and integrations.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding: create and de‑provision accounts, enroll devices in MDM, and configure laptops.
• Respond to security incidents such as phishing, account compromise, lost or stolen devices, and malware using documented playbooks.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and CI pipelines to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance security posture.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on security and operational excellence.
• Experience handling L2 support for SaaS environments and managing access governance.
• Fluent in both Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑starter who actively seeks to improve processes through automation.
