AI‑Driven Data QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data QA Engineer who will leverage AI‑powered testing tools to ensure the quality and integrity of data pipelines for an innovative investor‑relations platform. The role combines traditional data quality assurance with cutting‑edge generative AI techniques to automate test creation, execution, and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI‑driven tools (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Applitools, CodiumAI) and generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, LLMs) to generate and prioritize test cases.
• Implement self‑healing and intelligent automation frameworks to improve test reliability.
• Automate validation of ETL/ingestion pipelines, with a focus on financial data where applicable.
• Conduct end‑to‑end data integrity checks, gap analysis, data mapping, and documentation.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to embed AI‑augmented testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce sprint quality reports and drive continuous improvement discussions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data quality or QA engineering within software development.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered testing platforms and generative AI for test automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, and QA methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
