Graphic Designer – Patient Recruitment & Enablement

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Graphic Designer to support patient recruitment and retention initiatives for global clinical trials. The role involves creating high‑impact visual assets for print, web, and multimedia channels that engage patients and align with sponsor brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create designs, illustrations, branding, and layouts for digital advertising, patient materials, posters, brochures, websites, apps, and other tools.
• Collaborate with designers, recruitment leads, editors, production teams, printers, and writers to deliver final assets.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting budgeted hours and strict deadlines.
• Review final design layouts, ensure proper file preparation for production, and check proofs at all stages.
• Coordinate workload with studio team, estimate creative hours, and monitor progress.
• Apply innovative methods, including AI, to meet cost, time, and client constraints.
• Maintain accurate filing of graphic files, layouts, and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, or equivalent portfolio‑based experience.
• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and budgetary awareness for accurate hour estimates.
