Junior Marketing Designer (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Designer to help bring our client’s brand to life across all sales and marketing touchpoints. This remote, part‑time position (20 hrs/week) offers a clear path to full‑time for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Create sales and customer‑success materials such as one‑sheets, pitch decks, and leave‑behinds.
• Design social‑media assets, including static post templates, stories, and campaign graphics.
• Produce email assets like banners, headers, and full‑template layouts.
• Develop brand collateral – badges, decals, swag, and other merchandise.
• Design event and conference materials, including booth graphics, signage, printed assets, and experiential elements.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and ability to replicate an existing aesthetic without extensive guidance.
• Comfortable designing both polished decks and small items such as stickers.
• Can take a brief, ask smart clarifying questions, and deliver independently.
• Understands brand guidelines and templates as assets, not constraints.
• Curious, humble, collaborative mindset.
• 1–2 + years of design experience (internship, freelance, or agency).
• Portfolio demonstrating range and craftsmanship.

Required skills

• Figma (primary design environment).
• Framer (web‑based brand experiences).
• Canva (team‑accessible templated assets).
