About the role
Lead strategic relationships with Kyndryl’s largest customers, driving growth and delivering innovative, tailored solutions. Build deep executive alliances and shape the future of account management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow and retain high‑value accounts.
- Generate new opportunities, expand existing work, and maximize renewals.
- Own the account P&L, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners to create a strong go‑to‑market pipeline.
- Deliver bespoke services that meet unique customer needs.
Required profile
- Proven experience with clients in Energy, Oil & Gas, or Mining sectors.
- Experience managing full account P&L and end‑to‑end sales processes.
- Strong knowledge of business and technology trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Sales experience in IT services.
Required skills
- Revenue growth and profitability analysis.
- Strategic account planning.
- Executive relationship building.
- Industry best‑practice knowledge.
