Founding Builder (Technical) – Buenos Aires

About the role

Join easypeasy as a founding technical builder in Buenos Aires. You will work directly with a co‑founder to solve real business problems across sales, marketing, operations and growth, using code and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and own end‑to‑end business problems, gather data, form hypotheses and test solutions quickly.
• Build and ship solutions ranging from LLM agents and automated workflows to spreadsheets and simple scripts.
• Collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders, communicate findings in clear English, and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• Early‑career (0‑3 years) with a computer science, engineering or data background.
• Proven ability to ship complete projects independently – side projects, freelance work, hackathon wins or a personal business.
• Willingness to work long, intensive days onsite next to a founder, trading work‑life balance for rapid growth.
• Strong analytical mindset: break down messy problems, define metrics and propose concrete solutions.

Required skills

• TypeScript (Next.js, NestJS)
• PHP (Laravel)
• MySQL, Redis, Docker
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code or similar) and LLM APIs

What we offer

• 6‑month trial at €2,500 per month (≈ $3,000), with both parties free to end the arrangement.
• Sign‑on bonus of €6,000‑9,000 after a successful trial.
