About the role
The Director, Account Management will lead all account management and business development activities for a key Mastercard customer. This senior position focuses on deal making, negotiations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction with Mastercard’s solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic customer solutions, leveraging cross‑functional teams to meet client needs.
- Drive business development, negotiate contracts, and monitor delivery of Mastercard products and services.
- Maintain strong relationships with the customer, ensuring mutual goals are achieved.
Required profile
- Extensive account management and sales experience in the payments industry.
- Broad knowledge of marketing, operations, risk, debit, acquiring and emerging technologies.
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to create and implement quantifiable business plans.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and fluency in Spanish and English.
