About the role
EverHelp, part of the Genesis ecosystem, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive client retention and revenue growth. The role is fully remote, supporting clients worldwide while collaborating with teams in Kyiv and Lviv.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted partner.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs across client projects.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and prepare tailored commercial proposals.
- Manage and resolve client escalations and complex situations promptly.
- Monitor account financial performance, including revenue and profitability analysis.
- Prepare and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless client operations and service delivery.
Required profile
- 2+ years of commercial experience working with B2B clients.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with a systematic approach.
- Results‑driven mindset and high motivation to achieve targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level).
- Effective negotiation skills and ability to handle objections.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, and Looker.
