About the role

Commit Action is seeking a full‑time Clinical Psychologist to join its remote‑first team. Based in Buenos Aires, you will work with high‑achieving entrepreneurs across more than 60 countries, providing evidence‑based coaching and mental‑health support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one, high‑energy coaching sessions focused on productivity, self‑regulation, and goal achievement.
• Apply evidence‑based psychological techniques to help clients overcome isolation and mental‑health challenges.
• Maintain strong work‑life boundaries while supporting a diverse, dynamic client base.
• Collaborate with senior mentors and contribute to the continuous improvement of coaching practices.

Required profile

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a passion for evidence‑based practice.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; experience as a self‑employed contractor or working with international clients.
• Proven remote‑work experience, preferably pre‑COVID.
• Highly organized, conscientious, and comfortable with fast‑paced, results‑driven environments.
