Business Development & Deal Sourcing Associate

About the role

Reality Marble is a holding company focused on acquiring media assets, agencies, and other small to medium‑sized businesses. We are seeking a Deal Sourcing & Business Development Associate to identify, research, and connect with potential acquisition targets through outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage outbound email campaigns to source acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain targeted lead lists of business owners, brokers, and intermediaries.
• Research companies, industries and decision‑makers using online tools and databases.
• Scrape, clean, enrich and organize lead data for outreach.
• Upload and manage contact lists in email outreach platforms, CRMs and spreadsheets.
• Write, test and optimise outreach sequences, subject lines and follow‑up messages.
• Monitor campaign metrics (open, reply, bounce, deliverability) and report performance.
• Track responses, qualify leads and flag promising acquisition opportunities.
• Continuously improve sourcing processes and lead‑generation workflows.

Required profile

• Strong written English communication skills.
• Experience managing outbound email campaigns, lead generation or prospecting.
• Comfortable working independently and handling follow‑ups.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling contact lists and campaign data.
• Proactive, organised and resourceful with online research.
