Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Sovos is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to act as the primary liaison between its SaaS tax compliance platform and customers in Argentina. You will resolve escalated technical issues, ensure smooth user experiences, and contribute to product improvements through feedback and collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support tickets, calls, and emails promptly, replicating issues to identify root causes.
• Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Create and maintain knowledge‑base articles and troubleshooting guides, leveraging AI tools for better content quality.
• Provide product training and onboarding assistance to new customers and conduct follow‑ups to confirm satisfaction.
• Identify recurring issues, collaborate with product teams on enhancements, and stay updated on new features.
• Participate in on‑call rotations to deliver after‑hours support when required.

Required profile

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems in a customer‑facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Analytical mindset with solid diagnostic abilities and comfort using AI‑assisted workflows.
• Experience managing support cases through a ticketing system.
