Talent Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Operations Specialist to join a fast‑growing AI startup in the Talent Acquisition and HR Technology space. This full‑time remote position is ideal for a high‑energy professional who wants to blend sales, operations, and AI to transform how top talent is discovered and placed.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise AI agent pipelines: monitor live candidate conversations, flag errors, and intervene when human judgment is required.
• Handle high‑stakes moments: manage senior candidates, address tricky objections, and negotiate compensation.
• Train AI agents: review outputs, label responses, and create example data to improve AI performance.
• Quality control at scale: audit candidate matches, outreach quality, and conversion rates across thousands of weekly touchpoints.
• Close placements: guide candidates through final stages, manage offers, and ensure successful hires.
• Build the playbook: document processes, create SOPs, and define effective human‑AI collaboration.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative, Operations Associate, or high‑volume recruitment roles.
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Strong judgment, decision‑making ability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume operations without sacrificing quality.
• Adaptable and eager to shape a new type of role.

Required skills
