Hiring Journey Associate – Remote

About the role

As a Hiring Journey Associate at BairesDev, you will be the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will ensure a smooth, engaging experience while supporting the talent acquisition team and meeting client hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with candidates, keep them informed, and build strong relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of resumes, assignments, interview evaluations, and other applicant data.
• Assist in assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews, coordinate interview schedules, coding challenges, tests, and assessments.
• Gather and relay candidate feedback to the staffing team for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain candidate engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
