Talent Acquisition Screener – Global Business Services

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Talent Acquisition Screener to join its Global Business Services team in Buenos Aires. You will play a critical role in the early stages of recruitment by reviewing candidate pools, matching qualifications to job requirements, and presenting a qualified slate of candidates to recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet minimum qualifications.
• Provide recruiters with a qualified panel of candidates for further screening.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure smooth hand‑off of candidates.
• Offer feedback on candidate pools and highlight trends or insights.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and screening decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a related area.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
