Talent Acquisition Screener (GBS)

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Talent Acquisition Global Business Services (GBS) Screener to join its team in Buenos Aires. The Screener will play a critical role in the recruitment process by reviewing the initial candidate pool, matching qualifications to job requirements, and providing a qualified slate of candidates for recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet minimum qualifications and job requirements.
• Provide Talent Acquisition recruiters with a qualified panel of candidates for further screening.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth transition of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and screening decisions.
• Provide feedback to recruiters about candidate pool trends and insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of job requirements and ability to assess candidate qualifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
