Social Media Manager – Premium Beauty & Lifestyle Brands

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creative direction and day‑to‑day execution of social media campaigns for premium beauty and lifestyle brands. You will shape engaging strategies, oversee content production, and ensure consistent brand storytelling across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily social media activities on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy and seasonal moments.
• Lead content creation for static assets, reels, stories, creator collaborations and AI‑assisted concepts.
• Write on‑brand captions and optimise content performance.
• Collaborate with Creative, Influencer, Paid Media and Account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables and workflow across multiple client accounts.
• Serve as primary client‑facing contact for updates, presentations and strategy discussions.
• Support reporting, performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and drive operational excellence.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, new content formats and AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• Strong agency background working with premium beauty brands in the US market.
• 4+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content strategy.
• 4+ years of account management and client‑facing experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Experience leading content strategy, campaign execution and performance reporting.
• Previous mentorship of junior profiles or coordinators.
