Product Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Product Designer to join a small, collaborative UX team focused on security products. This is a hands‑on, craft‑focused position structured as a contract‑to‑hire engagement, where you will own features from problem definition through polished, production‑ready delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design flows, screens, and interactions for complex enterprise security tools, from early exploration to detailed, developer‑ready specifications.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery with guidance from senior designers and a manager.
• Contribute to and extend our design system, working closely with front‑end engineers using a Storybook workflow.
• Partner with content designers to ensure copy aligns with the product’s voice and tone.
• Translate ambiguous problems into structured design work, incorporating research, usability feedback, and data.
• Collaborate daily with product managers and engineers, participating in critiques, planning, and handoff.

Required profile

• A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful product design for complex, workflow‑heavy or B2B/enterprise solutions.
• Strong core craft in interaction design, information architecture, and visual consistency.
• Fluency in Figma and comfort contributing to a design system.
• Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly, and clearly articulate design decisions.
• Collaborative, low‑ego working style with a fast ramp‑up capability.
• Approximately 2–6 years of product design experience (IC2‑IC3 level).
