Motion Designer

About the role

At Rehire, we are partnering with a renowned global leader in information, analytics, and technology to find a Motion Designer for their in‑house creative agency. The role is focused on creating high‑impact audiovisual content for global campaigns, blending animation, visual storytelling, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics for digital and corporate campaigns.
• Create videos for social media, multichannel campaigns, corporate and explainer videos, and branded audiovisual content.
• Develop visual concepts that align with creative strategy and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, Designers, and Copywriters to turn ideas into engaging audiovisual experiences.
• Participate in ideation, storyboarding, and animation development.
• Incorporate Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline design and production.
• Adapt audiovisual pieces for various platforms and digital formats.

Required profile

• Updated portfolio showcasing motion design and animation work.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Film, Animation, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in motion design and audiovisual production.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional animation and video editing tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual narrative.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize design processes.
