About the role

The Head of the Office will lead the Argentina Delivery Office, ensuring operational excellence, profitability and high‑quality client service for Henley & Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership, motivate and develop staff, and promote employee engagement.
• Ensure the office meets business objectives, targets and strategic goals.
• Oversee daily operations, cost control, bank payments and financial governance.
• Maintain relationships with clients, government agencies and key decision‑makers.
• Represent the firm in negotiations and secure effective contract terms.
• Develop marketing, public relations and policy frameworks aligned with company mission.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the business immigration industry.
• University undergraduate or graduate studies with a commitment to continuous development.
• Strong management, delegation, communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Visionary leadership with complex problem‑solving and timely decision‑making skills.
