About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Buenos Aires is seeking a dedicated Night Bell Attendant to join its Guest Services team. Working the evening shift, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours and the last friendly face as they depart.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests in the lobby, escort them to their rooms, and handle luggage delivery and collection.
Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries, pickups, and storage.
Provide shoeshine service, including collection, cleaning, polishing, and return of guests' shoes.
Perform errands for guests and the hotel, which may involve local travel off‑site.
Assist Bell and Valet teams during high‑volume periods or when staff are absent.
Address guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve complaints with professionalism.

Required profile

Passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
Physical stamina to handle luggage and perform errands.
Ability to work independently during night hours.
