Legal Counsel – Legal & HR Compliance Specialist

About the role

SD Solutions is seeking a motivated Legal Counsel to join its core team. The role focuses on legal drafting, labor‑law compliance, and day‑to‑day support for the Human Resources department, ensuring all internal processes meet applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and update employment contracts, addenda, HR policies, internal regulations and formal letters such as disciplinary notices and termination letters.
• Provide timely guidance on labor‑law matters, monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on required updates.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal HR inquiries, support employee‑relations issues and lead disciplinary processes.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring accurate documentation and legal compliance.
• Conduct cross‑jurisdictional research on labor legislation to support business expansion.
• Offer legal and HR compliance assistance to all business units, interpreting standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in an international company, preferably in IT.
• At least 1 year in a legal role with proven drafting and revision abilities.
• Deep knowledge of labor law and strong business communication skills in English (C1).
• Result‑oriented mindset, proactive attitude and strong organizational capabilities.
