Legal Specialist – Latin America Contracts

About the role

EBANX is seeking a licensed lawyer to join its Growth team as a Legal Specialist. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable the company to expand its payment services across Latin America. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure contractual compliance and support the company’s hyper‑growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts with partners in the Latin America region.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including senior leadership, to align contractual terms with business objectives.
• Maintain organized records of contract negotiations and ensure timely execution.
• Support the Growth team in identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Licensed lawyer with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage a high volume of contractual work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with multiple departments and external partners.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
