Key responsibilities

• Perform legal research and case analysis to deliver actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with legal, product, and technical teams to enhance legal tools.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in corporate law, legal research, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience with contract review, negotiation, and risk assessment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
