Junior Copywriter for Membership Renewals

About the role

Join Decentralized Masters as a Junior Copywriter on the Renewals team, crafting persuasive copy that keeps members engaged and drives membership renewals. This remote, full‑time position offers the chance to shape Web3 education through compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Write renewal‑focused emails, SMS, and in‑app messages, from early reminders to last‑chance offers.
• Partner with Membership Directors to create re‑offer and downsell copy for members considering cancellation.
• Transform member success stories into proof points that support renewal campaigns.
• Develop lifecycle content such as one‑pagers, landing pages, and follow‑up sequences.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and messaging angles, using results to improve future campaigns.
• Collaborate with senior copywriters, marketers, and mentors to ensure brand‑consistent messaging.

Required profile

• 1+ year of copywriting experience (agency, in‑house, or freelance) with a strong portfolio; recent graduates are welcome.
• Genuine interest in finance, blockchain, and the democratization of financial services.
• Excellent writing fundamentals – grammar, clarity, and tone adaptation across email, SMS, and web formats.
• Eagerness to learn retention and lifecycle marketing copywriting.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback from mentors and senior writers.
• Ability to manage multiple copy requests and deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
