Human Resources Business Advisor – Vice President

About the role

Join J.P. Morgan’s Human Resources Business Advisor organization in Buenos Aires as a Vice President‑level advisor. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people‑agenda initiatives, provide day‑to‑day HR guidance, and ensure seamless execution of compensation, performance, and talent management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of people‑agenda initiatives across the assigned line of business.
• Provide day‑to‑day advice on human capital matters and cascade organizational changes.
• Manage year‑end compensation processes, ensuring accurate baselines and alignment with finance.
• Partner with leaders on performance, talent management, succession planning, and promotion cycles.
• Facilitate employee feedback initiatives such as surveys and pulse checks.
• Deliver individualized development and coaching support for managers and emerging leaders.
• Offer front‑line support for HR risk and control initiatives.
• Provide project‑management assistance for HR‑related initiatives and large‑scale cross‑LOB projects.
• Analyze management information system data to identify trends and support fact‑based decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders on HR strategy.
• Strong background in compensation, performance, and talent management processes.
• Ability to lead change initiatives and drive organizational redesign.
• Experience delivering coaching and development programs for managers.
• Project‑management capability for HR‑focused initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and reporting tools.
