HR Business Partner Specialist

The HR Business Partner Specialist will deliver integrated, forward‑thinking people solutions that enable business leaders and senior HR partners to achieve strategic objectives. Working at the intersection of business strategy and talent, the role offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to shape future‑ready capabilities within MetLife.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR advisory support to business leaders and senior HRBPs, delivering insights aligned with business strategy.
• Create and execute people plans covering organizational design, role design, workforce development and talent readiness.
• Oversee large‑scale talent programs and initiatives that prepare the workforce for current and future needs.
• Manage delivery of integrated HR solutions in partnership with HR Coordinators and Centers of Excellence.
• Develop data‑driven insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities for informed people decisions.
• Coordinate annual compensation review planning and guide leaders and HRBPs.
• Partner with leaders and managers to implement high‑impact talent, performance and workforce initiatives.
• Support senior HRBPs in strategic workforce and people planning activities.
• Participate in special projects and cross‑functional initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience delivering strategic HR solutions.
• Experience using HR systems, data and analytics to generate insights and support decision‑making.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and ability to apply them in business contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• High standards of confidentiality, emotional intelligence and professional integrity.
