Digital Experience Designer

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Digital Experience Designer to create compelling visual campaigns and premium digital assets that showcase its technology portfolio across e‑commerce and marketing channels. The role blends creative storytelling with photorealistic product composition to elevate brand perception worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and key visuals from brief to final execution.
• Design premium digital assets such as hero images, banners, promotional modules, and product‑focused graphics for e‑commerce and demand‑generation channels.
• Create photorealistic product compositions in lifestyle and product‑centric settings, ensuring accurate lighting, shadows, reflections, color, and scale.
• Adapt creative ideas into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency and impact.
• Present concepts in English, explaining visual direction and narrative.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and iterate while preserving core concept strength.
• Maintain organized source files with clean layer structures and production‑ready exports.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools and automation to improve workflow efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital design, campaign creative, or marketing design for digital channels.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign visuals, digital assets, and high‑quality product compositions.
• Excellent visual design fundamentals including composition, hierarchy, typography, color, storytelling and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑assisted design tools and automation.
