Solution Advisory Analyst – Graphics

About the role

The Graphic & Visual Design Analyst supports sales pursuits, proposals, RFx responses and client‑facing deliverables by turning complex business and technical information into clear visual communications. The role works closely with Solution Advisors and sales teams to produce high‑quality, brand‑compliant assets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance visual assets for proposals, RFx responses, presentations and client deliverables across digital and print formats.
• Convert complex business, consulting and technical content into infographics, charts, illustrations and executive‑level presentation layouts.
• Create digital concepts, prototypes and user‑facing design assets using Figma.
• Collaborate with Solution Advisors, pursuit teams and stakeholders to define visual approaches that support sales objectives.
• Ensure all deliverables meet Accenture brand standards, approved templates and client quality expectations.
• Conduct design quality reviews covering layout, typography, brand consistency and presentation readiness.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, meet deadlines and contribute to reusable design assets and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic, visual or presentation design.
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate, client‑ready deliverables with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple assignments in deadline‑driven environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma (collaborative workflows, components, interactive prototyping).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word for executive‑level deliverables.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for multimedia content (preferred).
