Business Unit Director – Vaccines & Pharma

About the role

The Business Unit Director will lead the Vaccines & Pharma portfolio across Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, driving sustainable growth and maintaining market leadership. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own the full P&L and shape commercial strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute cross‑functional business plans covering marketing, sales, access and policy.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, delivering revenue growth and market‑share improvement.
• Develop innovative, customer‑driven opportunities and adapt quickly to market changes.
• Lead, motivate and align marketing, sales and support teams with the Vaccines & Pharma strategy.
• Attract, retain and develop diverse talent to build a high‑performing organization.
• Build strong relationships with global functions and integrate corporate knowledge locally.
• Optimize the go‑to‑market model and manage alliances effectively.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing a business unit or P&L in a competitive therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth and improve market share.
• Strong track record of attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
