Commercial Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the commercial team, linking sales with internal support functions. This position ensures smooth information flow, consistent processes, and full visibility for efficient commercial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the KAM team and Commercial Team Manager, including preparation of materials, reports and presentations.
• Maintain and update the commercial database, generate performance reports, and ensure data quality.
• Coordinate internal processes with BI, Integrations, Product, and Marketing, and propose improvements.
• Act as liaison with Legal, Finance and Collections, handling contract tracking, pricing approvals and collection alerts.

Required profile

• Experience in commercial, administrative or support roles.
• Proficiency in English.
• Dynamic, organized, fast learner with strong oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with JIRA.
• CRM and database management.
• Reporting and presentation preparation.
