HR Manager

About the role

As we prepare to open our first studio in Moreno, Argentina, we are looking for a hands‑on HR Business Partner to build the HR foundation for our local operations. The role will serve as the go‑to HR expert, working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and validate Compensation & Benefits processes.
• Ensure full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of local labor legislation.
• Handle multiple HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
• Provide strategic analysis and influence business decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HRBP or mid‑level HR leadership role.
• Experience with payroll and compensation & benefits in a local HR role.
• Deep understanding of local labor legislation and best HR practices.
• Experience across recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to drive change and influence outcomes.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced computer literacy and English proficiency (C1 level).
