About the role
As the first point of contact for mydigitalnomads' diverse customer base, you will manage inbound and outbound communications across calls, emails, tickets, and chats. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while supporting your professional growth toward supervisory positions.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a consistent volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, tickets, and chats across multiple platforms.
- Listen carefully to customers, understand issues, and provide solutions or appropriate escalations.
- Meet or exceed performance KPIs, with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Apply structured troubleshooting techniques and technical expertise to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved or recurring issues to line managers.
- Participate in ongoing training, feedback sessions, and skill‑development programs.
- Engage in self‑improvement and professional development aligned with the company’s career progression plan.
