Customer Experience Agent

About the role

Kingbee Vans is seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join its fast‑growing team in Buenos Aires. In this role you will be a key part of the customer‑facing operation, delivering outstanding service and helping build long‑lasting relationships with users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to customers via email, live chat and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to timely, effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations and Fleet teams to resolve complex cases and improve internal processes.
• Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute insights to enhance service quality.
• Help strengthen Kingbee’s reputation for reliability and excellence.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Empathy, patience and a customer‑first mindset aligned with company values.
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with customer support platforms is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, SaaS, e‑commerce or tech support is preferred.
