Client Activation Lead

About the role

Solvo is seeking a Client Activation Lead to own the journey from signed contract to a successful Day 1 start. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Talent Acquisition, Pricing, and clients to ensure a seamless activation process and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client activation from handoff to the first hire.
• Present qualified candidates and align hiring expectations with clients.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful launches.
• Negotiate solutions around pricing, scope, and market realities.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to keep activation moving forward.

Required profile

• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, customer success, or account management.
• Excellent organization and project coordination abilities.
• Problem‑solving and negotiation mindset.
