About the role

SLB is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Mining portfolio to drive regional growth and strengthen the company’s position in the sector. The role focuses on creating and executing marketing strategies, building a robust opportunity pipeline, and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the regional marketing and sales plan for the mining portfolio.
  • Lead commercial efforts with mining clients and connect internal business lines to relevant opportunities.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and approaches to expand the mining business.
  • Promote the portfolio’s value proposition and educate internal teams on mining‑specific requirements.
  • Manage critical opportunities, support tender development, and shape winning sales strategies.
  • Conduct detailed market assessments, oversee pricing, and support the introduction of new products and services tailored to regional needs.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the mining or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and propose value‑driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to act as a bridge between customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously while aligning with cross‑functional business lines.
