About the role

We are seeking a remote Sales Manager to drive growth for a leading ground‑transportation marketplace. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality and technology sectors, managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with partners such as OTAs, TMCs, airlines, hotel groups and technology providers.
  • Present, promote and sell the platform’s solutions with clear value propositions.
  • Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including meetings, presentations, solution alignment, negotiation and closure.
  • Proactively prospect high‑potential accounts and execute outreach campaigns.
  • Represent the company at global industry events to expand the partner network.
  • Report regularly on pipeline, challenges and opportunities.
  • Create and manage partner account plans, conduct reviews and track revenue targets.
  • Co‑design partner marketing initiatives and use data dashboards to prioritize opportunities.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, tourism or related services.
  • Proven record of tech‑driven sales and senior‑level commercial negotiations.
  • Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, German) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for key events and meetings.
  • Self‑starter able to work independently on a full‑time contractor basis.

  • Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
