Website & Digital Support Coordinator

About the role

The Website & Digital Support Coordinator will manage, maintain, and optimise Okeanos' WordPress website and related digital assets. You will work independently to troubleshoot issues, build landing pages, and support international digital campaigns while ensuring a smooth online experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day website maintenance, updates, and content management on the WordPress platform.
• Create, update, and optimise landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and regional markets.
• Monitor site performance and generate regular analytics reports (traffic, conversions, SEO metrics) using Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Identify and resolve technical problems such as plugin conflicts, broken links, form errors, and page speed issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot third‑party integrations including forms, CRMs, email platforms, and tracking pixels.
• Implement basic SEO best practices: metadata, page structure, image optimisation, and internal linking.
• Support the team with site‑related requests: new pages, content edits, image uploads, and structural changes.
• Coordinate with external developers or agencies when issues exceed in‑house capabilities, communicating clear requirements and timelines.
• Maintain site security, backups, and keep plugins/themes up to date.
• Assist with digital localisation for international markets, updating regional landing pages and content.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience managing or supporting WordPress websites in a professional environment.
• Comfortable performing minor HTML and CSS edits and customisations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret web analytics data.
• Self‑starter who can troubleshoot independently without constant escalation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
