Technical Architect

About the role

The Technical Architect will join MuleSoft’s Professional Services team to deliver integration solutions using the Anypoint Platform. Working primarily remotely, you will mentor customers and partners, translate business requirements into technical designs, and help drive successful MuleSoft implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical mentorship on MuleSoft implementation projects.
• Evaluate customers’ functional and technical requirements and design cost‑effective integration solutions.
• Guide customers in hands‑on use of MuleSoft technology, including API management and hybrid integration.
• Lead multi‑phased delivery projects, influencing standards for development, governance, and operations.
• Mentor junior services team members and contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Achieve MuleSoft technical certifications and stay current with platform best practices.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in integration architecture and delivery.
• Proven ability to act as a subject‑matter expert and inspire technical teams.
• Strong communication skills for coaching customers and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to continuously learn and obtain MuleSoft certifications.
