About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only position where you can leverage your existing HR or recruiting network to introduce the product to new users.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network.
• Help prospective users understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• HR professional, recruiter or consultant with an active network of contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
