About the role
This senior position drives strategic growth for Coca‑Cola’s Stills franchise across Argentina and Uruguay. The Director partners closely with bottlers and regional stakeholders to translate market opportunities into actionable plans that deliver sustainable business results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementation of Coca‑Cola’s vision, collaborating internally and externally to develop local growth plans.
- Manage day‑to‑day franchise operations, including marketing, commercial, technical and financial functions.
- Facilitate communication between bottlers and Coca‑Cola, aligning priorities, programs and market‑issue resolutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (share, revenue, volume, coverage, pricing) and enforce execution discipline.
- Identify and implement revenue‑growth opportunities and design segmentation models to target local needs.
- Provide market insights for new Stills products and co‑create commercial strategies for innovation pipelines.
- Collaborate with regional and international peers to share best practices and ensure alignment.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the Coca‑Cola system or FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial, marketing and strategy background with deep understanding of modern, traditional and on‑premise retail channels.
- Fluency in Spanish and English and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- High level of autonomy and sound decision‑making that respects both Coca‑Cola and bottler guidelines.
