Strategic Account Executive – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Arionkoder is seeking a remote Strategic Account Executive based in Latin America to join its fast‑growing Growth team. You will own the full‑cycle sales process, from cold outreach to closing, and help expand the company’s portfolio of tech‑focused professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new cold leads through outbound prospecting and event participation.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Build relationships with prospects up to the C‑level and nurture long‑term accounts.
• Collaborate with Product and Account Management teams to ensure smooth hand‑over from sales to implementation.
• Articulate Arionkoder’s value proposition and differentiate it from competitors.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling technology professional services.
• Proven track record of managing deals through the full sales cycle.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with value‑based selling and mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
