Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever is seeking a Partner Project Manager to strengthen relationships with our event partners and ensure successful delivery of joint projects. You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating across multiple internal teams to bring partner initiatives to life.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner events and projects, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely execution.
• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and produce regular reports highlighting achievements and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address challenges, develop solutions, and maintain high partner satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or consulting.
• Availability to work on weekends.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Proactive, curious, collaborative, and ready to take ownership.
• Strategic thinker who leverages data for decision‑making.
