Social Media Manager – Remote (South America)

About the role

AAMP Agency is seeking a creative, organized, and trend‑savvy Social Media Manager to lead content creation and community engagement for travel brands across South America. The position is fully remote, requires availability during U.S. business hours, and involves regular client interaction in fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics using Canva or similar tools; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
• Edit short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or comparable software.
• Source, curate, and edit on‑brand visual assets that capture audience attention.
• Manage and grow multiple social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
• Develop and maintain posting schedules with Cloud Campaign, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Adapt brand voice and tone for each client, writing captions, hashtags, and calls‑to‑action in fluent English.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content ideation, copywriting, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, memes, audio trends, and emerging AI features.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on analytics.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong creative instincts with a keen eye for design and video trends.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients via email, messaging, and occasional video calls.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently while meeting U.S. business‑hour availability.
