SEO Data Manager

About the role

As an SEO Data Manager you will sit at the intersection of SEO strategy and data infrastructure, building dashboards, governance frameworks and data flows that translate organic performance into clear business decisions for our US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards in Looker Studio and seoClarity for enterprise‑wide, point‑of‑contact and impact tracking.
• Define and enforce data governance practices across client accounts, including non‑brand definitions, data hygiene rules and reporting methodology.
• Develop a new AI Search KPI framework capturing brand demand signals, zero‑search‑volume terms and competitive AI tracking.
• Manage client‑side stakeholder relationships, translating business goals into measurable data requirements.
• Lead training sessions on analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console and Looker Studio.
• Build forecasting models linking SEO deliverables to estimated business impact.
• Identify and evaluate new tools addressing AI Search changes and create reporting efficiencies.
• Support development of ML and AI solutions on GCP to enable advanced data query capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong SEO knowledge with hands‑on experience using tools such as seoClarity, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Confidence working with analytics and visualization platforms including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio and GCP.
• Proven ability to build reporting infrastructure from scratch, connecting APIs and managing data flows.
• Experience with data governance, standardising definitions and maintaining consistency across multiple client accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Fluent in English.
