Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our client’s personal brand, primarily on Instagram and also on LinkedIn. The role focuses on authentic storytelling, consistent visual identity, and genuine audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase Instagram followers and engagement while maintaining the client’s authentic voice.
• Create and schedule engaging content, including videos, carousel posts, and other formats.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, and leverage algorithmic insights.
• Collaborate with the client to identify trends, propose new content ideas, and integrate past achievements and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts and personal brands.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Passion for health, wellness, and empowering audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management tools and platforms.
• Experience using content creation software.
• Familiarity with video editing tools.
