Senior Visual Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Brand Designer to lead the visual identity for Cumorah Academy and ZIVA. The role will ensure consistent, high‑quality branding across all corporate and educational communications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity systems for both organisations, guaranteeing consistency across all visual assets.
• Create logos, presentations, internal campaigns, corporate materials and digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Design print and digital collateral such as brochures, reports, banners and social‑media graphics that convey the mission and values.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and deliver brand‑aligned visuals.
• Ensure designs adhere to institutional and corporate branding standards while staying innovative.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and best practices to continuously improve visual communication.
• Incorporate feedback, refine materials and maintain clear creative direction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in corporate or institutional environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – advanced level required.
• Based in Latin America and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
