Presentation Designer Associate

About the role

DEPT® is looking for an Associate Presentation Designer to join its global design team. In this role you will turn complex data and ideas into clear, visually compelling slide decks that support internal and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑impact presentations for a range of audiences, ensuring brand consistency and strategic messaging.
• Translate complex data and concepts into concise, visually engaging slides, prioritising graphics over dense text.
• Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to define presentation objectives and visual strategies.
• Create and maintain brand‑aligned presentation templates, guidelines, and animation standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional design experience with a focus on presentation design.
• Strong online portfolio that demonstrates presentation design and related visual work.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Slides and solid working knowledge of Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for asset creation.
• Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design and prototyping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
