About the role

Exactera is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager to provide strategic leadership on complex, high‑stakes engagements. This senior technical voice will guide managers and senior analysts, shape practice evolution, and ensure client outcomes remain paramount.

Key responsibilities

• Set direction on complex engagements, including method selection, structuring, defensibility, and handling controversy.
• Act as the senior technical advisor for intangibles, financial transactions, restructurings, and planning conversations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers, building a strong bench of future transfer‑pricing leaders.
• Define standards for team operations, AI integration, platform usage, and judgment‑driven decision making.
• Influence practice evolution by identifying automation opportunities, human‑focused tasks, and future strategic priorities.
• Step in during escalations, technical disputes, and complex negotiations to protect client interests.

Required profile

• 10+ years of transfer pricing experience with proven engagement leadership at scale.
• Deep command of OECD transfer pricing principles and hands‑on experience in documentation and planning.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, having built and led high‑performing teams.
• Client‑first mindset with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in AI tools and a strategic perspective on their impact on the practice.
